We will not accept dirty clothing for haul away services.

Most discarded clothing will be donated to Boomerangs within 1 week of the service. If you have regrets about having discarded any specific items, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to return them to you.

We will always work to connect our clients with accessible and sustainable fashion, which may include keeping a selection of discarded items in our possession. These items may be gifted or loaned to other clients. 

We are stylists, activists, and artists. Items you discard could also find a second (or third!) life in another form if inspiration strikes. 

The Smart Dresser will not profit off of the sale of any items discarded by clients. If items are sold for any reason or through any means, all proceeds will be donated to AIDS Action.
